Role Description The Fabrication Plant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Picayune, MS. This role oversees daily plant operations, including production scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to meet quality and delivery targets. The manager supervises fabrication teams, monitors equipment performance, and ensures adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards. Responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, managing inventory and materials, tracking production metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Fabrication Plant Manager also collaborates with leadership and customers on project requirements, budget considerations, and operational performance.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Plant Management and Plant Operations skills.Candidates should possess solid Operations Management capabilities.Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning.Candidates should possess hands-on knowledge of Structural Steel Fabrication and Manufacturing Operations.Experience leading fabrication or manufacturing teams, with a focus on safety and quality.Ability to analyze production data, solve operational problems, and implement process improvements.Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work.Relevant technical or industrial background; a degree or certification in engineering, operations, or industrial management is beneficial. xzbcwsv Familiarity with structural steel fabrication, maintenance planning, and OSHA or similar safety standards is a plus.
