Maintenance Technician

Summary Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of responsibilities including work orders, grounds and common area clean up and maintenance, and maintaining good resident relations. The Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Technician are on-call for maintenance emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week or as scheduled.
