Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs . The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure
• Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)
• Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan
• Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update
• Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L, cost control)
• Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL)
• Maintain project documentation and governance standard

Transition & Transformation Delivery

• Lead and deliver Transition & Transformation programs for IT Infrastructure and Workplace Services.
• Drive strategic initiatives including infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center migration, technology refresh, service transitions, and operational transformation.
• Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining service continuity and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Apply Transition and Transformation methodologies aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.

Program Governance & Reporting

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports, and governance updates .
• Track project health, resource utilization, budget performance, and delivery metrics.
• Conduct steering committee reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums.

• Asset lifecycle or asset tracking program
• Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS/ GCP)
• Vendor and service delivery environment

Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (good to have)
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
