About the Role

The role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in supply chain operations, capable of managing high-stress environments and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Military Veteran Preferential: Open to Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), or Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs).
• Supply Chain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume fulfilment centres, express cargo hubs, or 3PL operations.
• Operational Control: Proven track record of managing high-stress environments, shift handovers, and tight delivery windows.
• Data & Audit Discipline: Strong capability in physical inventory reconciliation, stock auditing, and reporting system deviations.
• Process Compliance: Demonstrated ability to enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), such as FIFO compliance and zero-leakage scanning.
• Command & Control: Strong leadership presence to manage and direct on-floor labour, gate security guards (SGs), and system operators.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking skills to manage "orphan" parcel queues and resolve operational bottlenecks under tight deadlines.
• Crisis Management: Ability to maintain composure, adapt to high labour absenteeism, and reallocate resources dynamically.
• Communication: Clear, assertive verbal and written communication skills to report floor deviations directly to executive management.
• Floor Resilience: Ability to stand and walk the hub floor for extended periods to physically monitor the operations.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.

Qualifications

Experience & Background
