Medbio is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to help lead our accounting operations across multiple manufacturing locations.This is an opportunity for someone who brings strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for developing people and improving how things get done.
What You'll Do:Lead month-end close and financial reporting across multiple sites.Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and tooling accounting.Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Previous team leadership experience.Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.CPA preferred.A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and drives continuous improvement.
