Required Skills

• BIM architecture.
• REVIT proficiency.

Must-Haves

• 5-8 years of BIM Architecture experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit project experience
• Experience in commercial construction and high-rise building projects
• Good communication skills (English proficiency)
• Notice period: Max 60 days

Strict No-Nos

Reject candidates with:

• Railway/infrastructure project experience
• Pure drafting or AutoCAD only background
• Interior residential freelancer profiles
• Site execution only architects
• "Basic knowledge of Revit" (no project-based usage)
• Current organization: The BIM Engineers

Client is Open To

• Diploma holders (only if 5+ years of relevant Revit experience + strong communication skills)
• Civil Engineering candidates only if they closely match BIM/Revit requirements

Nice-to-Haves

• AutoCAD proficiency
• Revit Architecture, BIM modeling, BIM coordination, Clash coordination, Family creation, Worksharing, Documentation, BIM execution plan
