Litigation: 6 to 9 years PQE
Position: Associate
Must possess experience in working with law firms in Mumbai with ability to work in a team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
Litigation Experience:
o Drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
o Familiarity with briefing senior counsel and assisting in court proceedings.
o Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
o Sound drafting and advisory skills, and the ability to independently handle matters with minimal supervision.
