Executive Assistant & Operations — Remote (India), UK Hotel Business

Craigvrack is a small, owner-run hotel and restaurant business in Scotland. We’re not a big corporate — you’d work directly with the two of us who run it, and you’d quickly become the person we rely on to keep things moving. We’re hiring one sharp, self-directed person to be our right hand in India. This is a genuine number-three seat in a growing business — not a task-taking admin job. If you like ownership, variety and being trusted to think for yourself rather than wait to be told, you’ll enjoy it. What you’ll do • Manage the owners’ email and calendars — tee up decisions, don’t just relay them • Draft warm, professional responses to Booking.com and TripAdvisor reviews in our voice (for our approval) • Coordinate staff rotas and daily operational priorities • Keep expenses, records and simple financial tracking accurate (Xero/Dext — training given) • Prepare documents, reports and correspondence • Spot issues early and bring us solutions, not just problems What we’re looking for • 3 years as an EA, founder’s-office or operations person — ideally in a small business where you wore many hats • Excellent written English — you’ll be replying to guests as us • Genuinely self-disciplined and reliable working remotely, unsupervised • Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; bookkeeping exposure a plus • Prior remote work with UK or overseas clients is ideal The details • Full-time, remote from India • Hours overlapping UK business hours • ₹42,000–50,000/month depending on experience, plus allowances; long-term role with retention incentives • Start: as soon as we find the right person To apply: send your CV and, in 3–4 sentences, tell us about a time you ran something end-to-end without being managed.
