Customer Service - InsuranceLocation: Milford, OH (Local to OH Only)Handle inbound calls and email services inquiries on queries such as:• Process & status of Estimate or Supplement• Payment Status - Rental, Tow, Property Damage• Payment Issuance• Analyzing Payments - Void and Reissue requests• Status of Estimates, send copy, advise assignment submission instructions• Supplement or Estimate stuck in process• Status of Deductible• Status on Rental• Advise status on Tow• Advise status on Total Loss• Supplements not Approved, advice on supplement processCustomer service skills with good written and verbal communication skills (role requires email/fax/phone-based communication)To have good data entry skillsTo have good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook to ensure clearance of high volumesExpertise in Auto Claims area will be an advantage
