Overview JOB SPECIFICS In accordance with professional standards of care and adhering to the corporate philosophy of OSF Medical Group (OSFMG), the Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant is responsible for providing direct patient care in both ambulatory and procedural settings, including assessment, diagnosis, development of treatment plans, and ongoing management of acute and chronic ENT conditions. The APP will perform specialtyspecific procedures within scope, coordinate care across services, and contribute to patient education, clinical workflows, and quality initiatives. Conduct comprehensive ENT evaluations including history, physical examination, diagnostic interpretation, and formulation of evidencebased treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic otolaryngologic conditions suc
