Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Noida. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards. The professional will handle tax planning and compliance, including direct and indirect tax returns, audits, and liaison with tax authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls to support management in decision-making and ensure regulatory and statutory compliance. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights and maintain robust financial governance. Qualifications
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the relevant professional body. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance applicable in India. Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills. Proven ability to manage audits, internal controls, and risk management processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple deadlines. Prior experience in consulting, recruitment, or service-oriented organizations is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; additional certifications in tax or finance will be beneficial.
