Engauge Workforce Solutions is looking for an On-Site Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for our workforce at one of our valued manufacturing partners.In this role, you'll make a real impact every day by supporting employees, partnering with client leadership, and helping keep operations running smoothly. If you're a natural leader who enjoys working with people and wants an opportunity to grow your career in staffing and workforce management, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs our On-Site Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting both our employees and our client by:Serving as the main point of contact for employees working on-siteMonitoring daily attendance and coordinating staffing coverageConducting new hire orientations and helping employees get off to a successful startSupporting employee relations by resolving attendance, payroll, onboarding, and workplace concernsBuilding strong relationships with client supervisors and department leadersPromoting a safe work environment through regular floor walkthroughs and PPE complianceProviding coaching and support to help employees succeed in their rolesManaging workforce changes based on production needsMaintaining accurate employee records and workforce documentationHelping identify employees ready for advancement opportunitiesAssisting with bilingual communication and translation when needed (Spanish preferred but not required)What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in staffing, manufacturing, operations, or workforce management preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teamsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 poundsWhat Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone who is:A natural leader who enjoys helping othersOrganized and detail-orientedProfessional and dependableProactive and resourcefulComfortable making decisions and solving problemsAble to build trust with employees and client partners alikeWhy Engauge Workforce Solutions?At Engauge, people are at the center of everything we do.
