FullShift Staffing is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing services in the Northern California region. The DON will supervise the Nursing Department and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care in alignment with physicians' orders and governing regulations.

The role requires a California RN license and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a preference for five years in long-term or acute care and at least two years in nursing supervision.
