Must HavesBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringActive PE license10+ years of bridge engineering experienceExperience managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projectsFDOT Category 1 and Category 2 bridge design experienceStrong structural engineering and bridge design expertiseExperience with prestressed beams, piers, and foundationsKnowledge of Conspan and RCPIERStrong project management, client management, and leadership skills
Nice to HavesEngineer of Record experienceBusiness development and proposal experienceExperience leading client presentations and interviewsExisting FDOT and municipal client relationshipsExperience with multiple bridge types, including segmental, steel box girder, plate girder, and post-tensioned structuresExperience managing project financials, scopes, and fee negotiations
Day to DayThis person will oversee bridge projects from proposal through completion, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. They will review and direct bridge design work, ensure quality control standards are met, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and serve as a technical resource for the team. xzbcwsv The role also includes managing project financial performance, supporting business development efforts, participating in client meetings and interviews, and helping secure new work while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
