Performs manual and clerical tasks involved in the distribution of supplies and materials.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Delivers and transports suppliesDetermines proper storage methods, identification, and location based on turnover, environment factors, and physical capabilities of facilitiesIssues and/or sells supplies or merchandiseMarks items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipmentOrders supplies to maintain stockPacks and unpacks items to be stocked in stockrooms and warehousesReceives and counts items, and records data manually or using a computerStores items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areasVerifies inventory by comparing to physical counts of stockEntry Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in shipping and receiving; or six (6) months of experience at the lower level Supply/Warehouse Clerk 1 (FES010) or position equivalent.
