JOB REQUIREMENTS (include, but limited to):- Work closely with clients to ensure successful drop-off catering orders as well as larger events - Assist with the organization of drop-off orders and events; menu development, proposals, contracts, deposits, rentals, staffing, delivery and set up- Work on-site during events plating hors d'oeuvres, setting up buffets, etc. - Provide successful customer service via telephone and email inquiries- Attend tastings
QUALIFICATIONS:- Food/Beverage or Hospitality Experience- A Bachelor’s Degree- A GPA of 3.0 or above preferred- Team-player attitude- xzbcwsv Multitasking and take initiative in a high-paced environment- Flexibility in extended hours during busy seasons- Excellent written, verbal and computer skills - Attention to detail and organization- Excellent customer service/customer relations
