We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Ortho Neuro Trauma Unit (2C) at our Newark Campus. This dynamic 35-bed unit cares for a diverse adult patient population, including individuals recovering from multiple and complex orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other trauma-related conditions. The unit features a dedicated on-site physical therapy gym, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting optimal patient recovery outcomes. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's Degree in Nursing required or commitment to obtain within five years of hire
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Acute care nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of five years of progressive clinical and leadership experience
- Related specialty board certification required.
