We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Ortho Neuro Trauma Unit (2C) at our Newark Campus. This dynamic 35-bed unit cares for a diverse adult patient population, including individuals recovering from multiple and complex orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other trauma-related conditions. The unit features a dedicated on-site physical therapy gym, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting optimal patient recovery outcomes. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master's Degree in Nursing required or commitment to obtain within five years of hire
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Acute care nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of five years of progressive clinical and leadership experience
• Related specialty board certification required.
