<p>We are #hiring for a leading NGO! </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Job Description: </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>Strategic Leadership </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Develop and implement the long-term strategic roadmap for IDRR aligned with APD's vision and organisational priorities. </li><li>Drive institutional growth through new academic programmes, strategic partnerships and innovation. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Academic Leadership </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Ensure high standards in curriculum planning, delivery and continuous improvement. </li><li>Oversee academic planning, student admissions, examinations and academic governance. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Research &amp; Knowledge Development </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Promote interdisciplinary research and evidence-based practice. </li><li>Build collaborations with universities, research institutions and healthcare organisations. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Programme &amp; Operational Management </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Lead day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the Institute. </li><li>Monitor institutional performance through defined KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Accreditation &amp; Regulatory Compliance </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with RCI, University and other applicable regulatory requirements. </li><li>Lead accreditation, inspections and quality assurance initiatives. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Partnerships &amp; External Engagement </p><p><br /></p><p>●Build strategic collaborations with universities, hospitals, NGOs, CSR partners and government agencies. </p><p><br /></p><p>Student Success </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Ensure a high-quality student learning experience. </li><li>Oversee student welfare, hostel administration (where applicable) and academic support systems. </li><li>Promote student placements, internships and professional development opportunities. </li><li>Team Leadership </li><li>Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary academic and administrative teams. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Skillsets required </b> <b>: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in higher education, rehabilitation, healthcare, disability services or academic programme management. </li><li>At least 4–5 years in a leadership or program management role. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in academic administration, curriculum management, faculty leadership and institutional development. </li><li>Experience working with universities, accreditation agencies and regulatory bodies. </li><li>Experience in research management, grant development and institutional partnerships will be an advantage. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Send your CV to: &amp; (Subject Line: AC:112:Senior Program Manager) Note: Please ensure you use the exact subject line for quicker response </p><p><br /></p>
