About the Firm:Vernis & Bowling’s North Palm Beach office is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Directors & Officers (D&O), Condominium & Homeowners Association Law, and Employment Law practice.

About the Role:This is a substantive paralegal position focused on drafting, discovery, and case analysis, not an administrative or scheduling role. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation. Candidates should have strong writing and analytical skills, be detail-oriented and proactive, be able to independently manage discovery, and be familiar with Florida state and federal e-filing procedures. xzbcwsv Paralegal certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Draft standard pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responsesReview records, then gather and identify pertinent information to prepare discovery responsesAssist in preparing litigation reports and conferral correspondencePrepare and complete state and federal electronic filingsOrganize and prepare trial exhibits
