KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing ERP Administrator | Inventory, Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year, depending on experience, plus a 20% annual bonus

The ERP Administrator role will take part in the administration, implementation, and maintenance of the company's manufacturing ERP system by supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, training, and business process improvement. This role is the primary point of accountability for ERP technology delivery.

This is fundamentally a hands-on ERP administration and business-enablement role rather than a development or analyst position. ERP vendors provide deep platform engineering, core code-level customization, and infrastructure support; the ERP Administrator translates business needs into system requirements, manages configuration within the platform's standard tools, coordinates vendor-delivered projects and support tickets, and ensures departments can use the ERP effectively day to day.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System

  • Administer day-to-day ERP operations, including user accounts, roles, permissions, security, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records.
  • Configure and support key modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Orders, Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Financials.
  • Coordinate with ERP support and third-party vendors on upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain development, test, and production environments and ensure configurations remain synchronized.
  • Manage configurations and workflow automation using the platform's native administration tools, escalating deeper customization needs to the vendor as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary ERP liaison between internal teams and third-party ERP support resources.

Manufacturing & Operations Support

  • Optimize ERP workflows within a manufacturing environment, including:
  • High-volume SKU management and part supersession
  • Bill of Materials (BOM), MRP, and production management
  • Vendor lead times and backorder management
  • Manufacturer programs
  • Multi-warehouse inventory management
  • Purchasing, quality, and shipping/receiving processes
  • Ensure ERP workflows support fast order turnaround, accurate inventory availability, and efficient logistics operations.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Partner with departments and third-party vendors along with Company Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing to map business processes.
  • Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies and support system improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into ERP configuration changes or clear requirements for vendor-supported technical changes.
  • Oversee and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
  • Manage vendor support tickets and coordinate vendor activity related to upgrades, patches, and system changes.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Support dashboards, operational reports, and KPIs.
  • Support data imports, exports, and migrations, with a focus on data integrity and clean master data.
  • Apply AI-assisted ERP tools and copilots where available for tasks such as automated report generation, invoice/transaction matching, and demand or inventory forecasting, while maintaining human review of AI-generated recommendations before they affect production data.

ERP Projects & Integrations

  • Lead or support ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, module rollouts, and implementations.
  • Coordinate testing, training, go-live activities, and change management.
  • Define business requirements for integrations with systems such as:
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • EDI systems
  • Document management
  • MRP
  • Shipping/receiving systems
  • Production Manager
  • CRM platforms
  • Analytics tools
  • Define integration requirements and business logic while ERP vendors and third parties manage the technical build.

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user ERP support, troubleshooting issues and delivering timely solutions to minimize business disruption.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and knowledge base content that build user confidence and adoption of best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business leaders and operations teams to align ERP capabilities with company goals.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure, security, and integrations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical resources, users, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with a manufacturing ERP.
  • Experience directly administering users, roles, permissions and security, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and development, test, and production environments.
  • Proven ability to distinguish between configuration and changes that can be handled directly through an ERP platform's native tools and work that should be escalated to the ERP vendor.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and improve business processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing and high-volume SKU environments, with working knowledge of quality, engineering, shipping, receiving, and BOM/parts creation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Inventory management
  • BOM and MRP
  • Part supersession
  • Vendor lead times and backorder management
  • Purchasing and supply chain operations
  • Order fulfillment workflows
  • Multi-warehouse inventory management
  • Warehouse operations
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business teams and ERP vendors, including translating business requirements into system configuration changes or vendor requirements.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted configuration, reporting, and support tools within a modern ERP platform.
  • Must be comfortable working in a firearms manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and ERP reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or similar; basic querying and reporting knowledge is sufficient.
  • Experience defining requirements for EDI, WMS, CRM, shipping, analytics, or other ERP integrations.
  • Experience with data imports, exports, migrations, and master data management.
  • Participation in ERP upgrades, migrations, module rollouts, or full-cycle implementations.
  • Exposure to AI/automation copilot features within an ERP platform, such as automated invoice matching, AI-assisted forecasting, or reporting.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year, depending on experience, plus a 20% annual bonus

Working Conditions

  • Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of job duties.

Physical Demands

  • The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of the requirements of the role. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Be able to lift objects commonly found in offices, up to 35 lbs.
  • Occasional travel required domestically and internationally.
  • Able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Able to work additional hours as needed. (Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than 40 hours per week and/or weekends to complete essential duties of this job.)
  • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing and speaking English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
