Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes across Western Colorado. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians. Our patient-centered, community-focused team offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, support independence, and develop broad clinical skills in a collaborative environment.
