Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through emails chat and video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Offer product knowledge and recommendations to clients through online consultations
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using various online tools such as email chat video conferencing etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required

Salary $1200month
