To support attorney recruiting for a leading AmLaw law firm, the remote contract Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage high-volume interview scheduling, assist with the full recruiting lifecycle, and maintain candidate records while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key responsibilities Coordinate high-volume attorney interviews across multiple time zones Support the full recruiting lifecycle for lateral attorney candidates, from requisition creation to offer preparation Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and the applicant tracking system Required qualifications 3+ years of recruiting coordination or related experience, ideally in a law firm or legal recruiting environment Strong interview scheduling experience across different time zones Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Workday experience is highly desirable A bachelor's degree is preferred
