We're working on a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered complex amenities, mixed-use, hospitality, or community facility projects and enjoys leading teams, stakeholders, and clients from start to finish.The position offers the opportunity to oversee high-visibility projects, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the key point of contact across project teams while driving quality project outcomes.
Key Requirements:10+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing projects valued at $20M+Background in amenities, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, recreation, or community facility projectsStrong experience with xzbcwsv budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk managementBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldPMP, CCM, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus
