Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle Ocean Import shipments end-to-end
✔ Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and carriers
✔ Ensure timely shipment updates and documentation
✔ Resolve customer queries and maintain service excellence
✔ Build strong customer relationships and support account growth
