Job Description
At Papagoya Kindergarten, we offer a play-based learning environment for children aged 1 to 6 years, inspired by the Norwegian Curriculum. Our approach integrates seven core learning areas—Communication, Art, Nature, Ethics, and more—ensuring a holistic and dynamic educational experience. With a low Adult to Child Ratio, we cater to individual needs and foster each child’s natural abilities through tailored play and exploration. We believe that play is fundamental to learning, allowing children to discover their interests, test theories, and develop essential life skills.
Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that childhood is a critical phase for shaping attitudes and values. By prioritizing care, comfort, and a supportive environment, we enable children to feel secure and open to new experiences. Our aim is to create a space where learning through play not only supports academic readiness but also nurtures a child's overall development.
