Our client in health and wellness is hiring a Paid Social Analyst for a temporary opportunity. In this hybrid (office-primary) role, you’ll execute paid social strategies and campaigns, partner with internal teams, and use performance insights to strengthen integrated marketing efforts.

Paid Social Analyst Responsibilities:Develop and execute paid social strategies and campaign plans aligned to client brand goals.Activate and manage paid social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.Support the review and submission process for social media work, including coordination through required approvals.Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.
Paid Social Analyst Qualifications:1–3 years of hands-on paid social experience and familiarity with major social platforms.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate performance into actionable recommendations.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Agency and/or pharmaceutical/healthcare experience is a plus.
