Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Pune. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students through the admissions process, conducting informational sessions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with educational institutions, managing inquiries, following up with potential students, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the training programs offered by Ethans Tech. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Excellent Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience Background in Education or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a related field Prior experience in admissions counseling or a similar role is a plus
