The Dean will provide strategic, academic and administrative leadership to:

• Demonstrate inclusive and visionary leadership.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap aligned with NEP, RCI, NCAHP, NTEP and NAAC frameworks.
• Student Success & Industry Engagement
• Strengthen the Research Ecosystem through project-based R&D through external fundingfrom Central Govt. fund and State Govt. funding agency
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high caliber faculty

Qualification required -

• Ph.D. in Sciences/ Humanities or Allied areas
• Education and/or Experience at reputed institutes such as IISc/ISERs/IITs/IIITs/NITs/CFTIs or reputed global institutions will be highly valued.
• 15–20+ years of academic/research experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years in senior academic leadership in the reputed University’s/Institution’s (Dean/Associate Dean/HOD).
• Strong research track record and experience in accreditation processes.
