About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, marketing collateral, digital creatives, and publication design. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms. Create and maintain brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all communication materials. Develop promotional and marketing creatives, including social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, emailers, and campaign materials. Design brochures, books, annual reports, newsletters, magazines, and other publication materials. Create professional presentations using Microsoft Power Point and Google Slides for internal and external stakeholders. Design user-friendly web graphics, landing page assets, and digital interface elements. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within timelines. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and organizational standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design. Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, or corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
