Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will assess the physical health, mobility, and functional abilities of senior clients, and design individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and overall independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating clients and families on home care routines, and monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. The role involves close collaboration with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Physiotherapist is expected to provide respectful, person-centered care that supports the physical and emotional well-being of seniors.

Qualifications

• Clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of exercise-based and manual therapies for older adults.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care, rehabilitation techniques, fall prevention, and chronic condition management relevant to senior populations.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills for explaining treatment plans, educating clients and families, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, track outcomes, and follow clinic protocols and safety procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, demonstrate patience and compassion, and adapt treatment approaches to individual needs and cultural contexts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Prior experience in geriatric, home-care, or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools or healthcare software for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication is an advantage.
