Position: Sales Executive (Freshers)

Location: Sector 6 Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in Sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to interact with clients, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare daily activity and sales reports.

Eligibility

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
• Freshers who have recently completed college are encouraged to apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
