Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Identify apartments nearing possession, OC-ready projects, villa projects, and gated communities and generate qualified leads for complete home interior solutions. Build a consistent pipeline of new-home interior prospects 2. Channel Partner Management Build and manage strong local partnerships with: Real estate brokers Builder sales teams Channel partners Architects and civil contractors Create referral tie-ups to ensure a steady and repeat lead flow Maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration 3.
