We're hiring a Hotel Manager for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi — an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.

Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).

Who we're looking for

- 8–10 years in hotel operations, with time spent leading or supporting the P& L of a full property

- Meaningful experience at a wellness-led property — spa, retreat, Ayurveda, or holistic wellness. This isn't optional; the property is being built around it

- Someone who understands that a wellness hotel runs on rhythm, not just service standards

- Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a must
