What You Own

  • Deliver dedicated VIP and executive IT support with high responsiveness, discretion, SLA adherence, and end-to-end ownership of critical IT requirements.
  • Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, patching, endpoint hardening, compliance, and secure access.
  • Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring security, patching, and compliance dashboards.
  • Own IT asset lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including inventory accuracy, physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, audits, and asset recovery.
  • Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding, including device allocation, access provisioning, asset recovery, and timely deprovisioning.
  • Provide L1/L2 desktop support and resolve complex hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and access issues, while driving root-cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring problems.
  • Manage software deployment, licensing, renewals, compliance reporting, IT procurement, hardware refresh cycles, and vendor/OEM coordination.
  • Support leadership meetings, conferences, town halls, and video calls by managing conference room and AV infrastructure and ensuring pre-meeting readiness.
  • Drive IT service improvement through SLA/KPI tracking, Problem and Change Management, SOP development, mentoring junior engineers, and escalation ownership.
  • Maintain IT documentation and support security, data protection, compliance, and audit requirements across assigned locations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4–6 years of IT support or asset management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with JumpCloud MDM, Kaspersky Antivirus, Safetica DLP, endpoint security, patch management, device compliance, endpoint hardening, and access control.
  • Proven VIP/executive support experience with strong professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong L1/L2 troubleshooting experience across Windows, macOS, Linux, and common business applications.
  • Experience with Jira or ManageEngine ServiceDesk, including SLA management, reporting, ticket ownership, and process improvement.
  • Working knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, firewall, Active Directory, identity management, and ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Experience with software license management, IT procurement, vendor coordination, OEM management, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to own escalations, resolve complex or recurring issues independently, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior IT engineers.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Sophos Firewall, vulnerability management, and advanced network/security administration.
  • Experience managing conference room AV infrastructure and supporting leadership events.
  • ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Apple, or JumpCloud Core certification.
