<p> Position Title: Assistant Professor Allied and Healthcare Programs </p> <p> Location: Bhubaneswar </p> <p> Specializations : Msc in AOTT/CCT </p> <p> Reporting To: Associate Dean </p> <p> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p>· Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials as per the prescribed curriculum. </p> <p>· Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil curriculum requirements and support student learning. </p> <p>· Prepare and update teaching materials, including manuals, Power Point presentations, and digital resources. </p> <p>· Supervise and assess laboratory sessions and practical examinations. </p> <p>· Mentor students on academic and career goals. </p> <p>· Conduct assessments and contribute to exam preparation, question paper setting, and evaluation. </p> <p>· Participate in curriculum development and review, including outcome-based education. </p> <p>· Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, workshops, and conferences. </p> <p>· Contribute to departmental administrative responsibilities and accreditation activities. </p> <p>· Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. </p> <p>· Support interdisciplinary learning and interprofessional education efforts. </p> <p> Desirable: </p> <p>· Experience in curriculum design, student mentorship, and digital learning tools. </p> <p>· Publications in peer-reviewed journals. </p> <p>· Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (NCAHP, UGC, NEP2020, NAAC, etc.) </p> <p> Skills and Competencies: </p> <p>· Strong subject knowledge and laboratory skills. </p> <p>· Effective verbal and written communication. </p> <p>· Student-centric teaching approach. </p> <p>· Understanding of outcome-based education and competency-based education. </p> <p>· Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. </p> <p>· Adaptability to emerging teaching technologies and methodologies. </p> <p>· Ethical, professional, and committed to academic excellence. </p>
