Hiring: Founding Full Stack Engineer | React.js | Node.js | AWS
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–4+ Years
Product: Assistly – Health Tech Saa S Platform
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
We are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building products, solving complex problems, and taking end-to-end ownership.
This is not a role focused only on writing code. We are looking for an engineer with a strong startup and product mindset who can understand problems deeply, evaluate multiple solutions, explain trade-offs, and take ownership from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and production support.
What We're Looking For
Strong DSA, problem-solving and CS fundamentals Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js Experience building REST APIs and backend services Hands-on React Native experience Strong understanding of AWS and cloud deployments Experience with Jenkins CI/CD and AWS CLI Experience with No SQL databases, preferably Dynamo DB Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations Strong technical communication and conceptual clarity Proven experience building and shipping features end-to-end Ability to think like a product owner and take complete ownership Startup/product-based experience or strong startup mindset is highly preferredKey Responsibilities
Build scalable web and mobile applications Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js Design and deliver end-to-end product features Work across frontend, backend, cloud and Dev Ops Participate in architecture and technical design decisions Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance Work closely with product managers and engineering leadership Take features from concept to productionAbout Assistly
