Provider’s Role

Family Medicine Physician. Well‑established Primary Care practice at one of our rural practice locations in Florence, SouthCarolina. This opportunity offers a large outpatient practice in a great location with growth potential. Outpatient community primary care medicine – Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Medicine, etc.

Schedule

• 4.5 days per week
• 3 flexible call hours
• Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm (½ day on Fridays)

Background Profile
