Ø Purpose of Position The purpose of the position is to provide strategic leadership for Bureau Veritas’s human capital in South Asia Area, ensuring that the people strategy aligns with and supports the overall business objectives. The role entails overseeing all HR functions—from talent acquisition and employee development to compensation, culture, change management and compliance with labour laws—to cultivate a productive, inclusive, and high-performing workforce, aligned to BV Values. The position serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping culture, aligning workforce strategies with business goals, and enabling long-term organizational success. Ø Major Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, designed as per the un
