We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Interior Designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for managing projects from the initial client consultation and design presentation through client conversion, execution, and final project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients assigned by the Sales Team and understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.

Develop creative design concepts that align with the client's vision.

Conduct design presentations and actively convert prospects into confirmed customers by building trust and addressing client concerns.

Follow up with clients during the design phase to ensure successful project conversion.

Take complete ownership of the project once converted and remain the primary point of contact until project handover.

Prepare detailed design documentation, including:

Floor Plans

Furniture Layouts

Electrical Drawings

Plumbing Drawings

Ceiling Plans

Flooring Layouts

Elevations

Sections

Complete Working Drawings

Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations.

Coordinate with execution, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure the design is executed accurately.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with approved designs.

Maintain complete project documentation and design records.

Required Skills

Strong design and space-planning skills.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-conversion abilities.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, hardware, lighting, and construction detailing.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Software Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in:

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

Enscape and/or V-Ray

SketchUp (Preferred)

Adobe Photoshop

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

4 + years of experience in residential interior design.

Proven experience in handling projects from design consultation and client conversion through execution and final handover.
