They specialize in complex commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality and restaurant work. Their portfolio includes nationally recognized brands and projects ranging from interior renovations to ground-up developments valued at $5M+. Job Description Develop and manage project schedules from preconstruction through project completion Partner with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to create and maintain baseline schedules Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and project forecasting Standardize scheduling processes, templates, reporting, and best practices across the organization Identify schedule risks and assist project teams in developing recovery plans and mitigation strategies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and field operations Proficient with Primavera P6 and experienced in developing and maintaining complex project schedules Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously and communicating with both field and office teams What's on Offer Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Annual bonus opportunity Healthcare benefits 401(k) with company match PTO package Long-term career growth with a stable and nationally recognized contractor
