Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate transport schedules, fleet rostering Handle international calls with clients/partners Assist in data entry Required Skills & Qualifications Recent graduate 0-2 years’ experience in operations, Customer support Strong communication skills for international calling (fluency in English). Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and basic tools like Excel/CSV processing. Adaptable to rotational 24/7 shifts with 1 rotational week off.
