We're Hiring: Lead — Public Policy & Government Relations | And Payments
Delhi NCR (Noida) | Full-time | Reports to the Founder's Office
Government sets the terrain long before anything gets built or transacted — and we're looking for someone who knows exactly how to navigate it.
And Payments is building regulated payment infrastructure for India under RBI's licensing frameworks — quietly, deliberately, and with compliance engineered in from day one. As we scale, we need someone who can be our presence and our intelligence across ministries, state governments, public institutions, and industry forums.
This is not a sales or procurement role. It's a public relations and government relations mandate — access, standing, and insight.
What you'll own:
Earn And Payments a credible seat at the table across government bodies and industry forums Build and hold trusted relationships across government and public affairs circles Keep an ear to the ground on policy direction, schemes, and government priorities — early and continuously Translate intelligence into clear reads for business and product teams Ensure the Founder's presence in the right rooms, with the ground already prepared Represent And Payments in relevant industry councils and working groupsWhat we're looking for:
8–12 years in public policy, government relations, public affairs, or strategic communications Demonstrable access — you've worked with or inside government, industry chambers, or public institutions, and people take your call Sharp instinct for reading government direction — signal vs. noise Comfort with ambiguity and an early-stage environment where you build the function, not inherit it Exposure to fintech, payments, or digital public infrastructure is a plusIf you've ever gotten into a room others couldn't — and made it count — we'd love to hear from you.
