You bring both creative thinking and executional leadership to projects, helping teams translate concepts into visually compelling work. You collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and video teams to ensure that ideas are expressed clearly and consistently across formats and platforms. You also play an important role in guiding designers and strengthening the creative quality of the team. What will you do? Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns across digital and social platforms. Translate creative ideas into cohesive visual systems and campaign outputs. Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and craft across deliverables. Work closely with writers and strategists to align visuals with campaign narratives. Contribute actively to concept development and creative discussions. Adapt campaign visuals across formats such as social media, digital assets, print, and OOH when required. Provide feedback and guidance to Juniors. Ensure timelines are maintained while protecting the creative quality of outputs. Maintain strong attention to detail across all campaign assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth creative execution.
