We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure, electrical power, and OSBL (Outside Battery Limits) projects supporting major capital construction and manufacturing site expansion initiatives.
This is a hands-on project leadership role with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, contractors, and stakeholder coordination from project development through commissioning and handover.
What You'll DoLead the full lifecycle of infrastructure, electrical power, and OSBL capital projects from concept through commissioning and handoverManage OSBL projects including utilities, roads, site development, power distribution, and supporting infrastructureManage projects valued at $100M+Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, execution plans, and project controlsCoordinate engineering, construction, operations, procurement, and contractor teamsManage contractor performance, deliverables, and overall project executionMonitor project performance and proactively address scope changes, risks, and schedule impactsLead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirementsSupport commissioning, startup, and turnover activitiesDrive issue resolution across multiple project workstreams
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline7+ years of experience managing capital projectsProven experience managing large-scale capital projects valued at $100M+Experience managing infrastructure, utilities, and electrical power projectsStrong experience with project controls, scheduling, xzbcwsv budgeting, risk management, and executionExperience leading large, multidisciplinary project teamsStrong contractor management and stakeholder coordination experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred ExperienceLarge-scale manufacturing or pharmaceutical facility expansionsStrong knowledge of OSBL systems and site infrastructureExperience managing electrical distribution, utility, and power-related projectsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsPMP certification
