Graphic Designer (Contractual)

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create impactful visual communications across digital, social, print, presentation, video, motion graphics, and event branding formats.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires translating business and communication briefs into engaging visual assets for leadership communication, corporate campaigns, employer branding, internal communication, social media, presentations, reports, publications, and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design creatives for digital, social, print, and corporate communication initiatives.
2. Create leadership presentations, business decks, reports, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.
3. Develop event branding and on-ground communication materials.
4. Work across graphic design, editorial design, presentation design, video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
5. Leverage AI-powered creative tools for ideation, image generation, video creation, and workflow enhancement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high design standards.

What We're Looking For

1. 8-10 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or related creative roles.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, presentation, branding, and motion design work.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
4. Strong visual storytelling, information design, typography, and layout skills.
5. Experience converting complex business information into compelling visual communication.
6. Familiarity with generative AI tools and creative workflows.

Preferred Background

Experience in corporate communications, branding, advertising agencies, digital content studios, media, or similar creative environments.
