Position Details Location: Mellenville, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Why Join The Arc Columbia-Saratoga? Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement efforts. Perform material and color changes as needed. Assemble, inspect, and package molded parts. Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders. Monitor inventory and complete production documentation. Ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Support and provide guidance to production staff, as needed.
