Job Description
Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced CFO for a Gurgaon-based listed company .
Key Requirements:
- 14+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong experience managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations
- Proven experience working directly with the Founder/Promoter
- Strong experience in a founder-driven setup , partnering closely with the Founder on business and financial decisions
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, controllership, MIS, taxation, compliance, budgeting & business finance
- Experience in a listed company preferred
- Candidate should be based in Gurgaon/Gurugram or willing to relocate
CTC: Up to ₹1 Cr | Flexible for the right candidate
