Only apply if you have 7–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / BTL agency, including experience leading or heading a client servicing function. This is a hard requirement — other backgrounds will not be shortlisted.

This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Retail Activations, or Event Production environments.

Profiles from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, media agencies, or brand-side marketing teams will not be aligned to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head the Client Servicing department for events, activations, and experiential projects, and define its strategic direction
• Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships across corporate events, BTL activations, and mall decor installations
• Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients on all live events
• Lead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals for experiential and event campaigns
• Drive PAN team engagement, motivation, and alignment with company objectives across events delivery
• Own financial performance, P&L, and profitability across the events client portfolio
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and new business direction for events and activations
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team focused on event execution
• Review post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies:

• 7–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / Brand Activation agency (mandatory), including team leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, and day-to-day efficiency
