Class 1 Night Driver – Birstall – Motherwell Trunking Location: Birstall (WF17)

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Start Time: 23:00
Job Type: Ongoing Work
Shift Options: Monday to Friday or a two-day-per-week job share

ABOUT THE ROLE Recruit A Driver is recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for ongoing night trunking work with a well-established client based in Birstall.
This is a straightforward trunking role between Birstall and Motherwell, ideal for drivers looking for consistent night work. Full-week shifts are available, with a job-share option for drivers seeking two nights per week.
THE ROLE Complete trunk runs between Birstall and Motherwell
Operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle safely and professionally
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
Complete required paperwork accurately
Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
Maintain good timekeeping and professional driving standards
REQUIREMENTS Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 18 months' recent Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points, minor endorsements only
Good understanding of UK driver hours and transport legislation
Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
